The present OA has been filed by the applicant against inaction at the end of the respondents in considering the claim of the applicant’s son for

the benefit of LARSGES Scheme. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that in spite of clear-cut instructions from the competent authority that

representation for such benefits should be considered positively within two weeks, respondent No.3 has not considered and disposed of the claim of

the applicant’s son till date.

Issue notice to the respondents. Shri Krishna Kant Sharma, learned standing counsel for the respondents, who appears on advance service, accepts

notice.

At this stage, Shri M.S. Reen, learned counsel for the applicant submits that the OA may be disposed of with direction to respondent No.3 to

consider the pending representation of applicant’s son in a time bound manner. To such request, Shri Sharma, Ld. Standing Counsel for the

Respondents is not having any objection.

In view of the aforesaid, without going into the merits of the claim of the applicant, the present OA is disposed of with direction to respondent No.3

to consider the pending representation of the applicant’s son and dispose of the same by passing an appropriate reasoned and speaking order, as

expeditiously as possible, and in any case, within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order. No costs.
