Heard Mr. Prateek Kedawat, Adv. for the Petitioner/ Operational Creditor and Mr. Kapil Gupta, Adv. for the Respondent/ Corporate Debtor. On the previous date of hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioner submitted that he has to take further instructions from his client with regard to continuation of these proceedings. Today, Mr. Prateek Kedawat, Adv. submits that he could not get instructions from his client and the matter may be dismissed on non-prosecution. A total amount of Rs. 9,49,019/- which is due has been shown in Part IV of the petition. CP No. (IB)- 68/9/JPR/2018 is dismissed on non-prosecution.
