ORDER
Ld. Counsel for the corporate debtor has placed on record a photocopy of the settlement agreement dated 02.12.2019 entered between the parties and states that the dispute raised in the petition filed under Section 9 of the Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code stands settled and the matter does not requiring any adjudication. Accordingly, we dispose of the petition as settled. A photocopy of the settlement agreement dated 02.12.2019 is taken on record. It is needless to say that if terms of settlement are violated then the petitioner shall be at liberty to file appropriate application.
CP. No. (IB)-2141(PB)/2019 stands disposed of.
