It has also come to the notice of the Court, on an inspection made at Khadgarha, that there is hardly any order; if anything can be seen, that is only a disorder. There is a heap of rubbish of the magnitude that it looks like a small hillock. The entire Bus Stand is full of mud and anybody entering into the Bus Stand gets smeared into soil and must be getting infected by some kind of infection. If it has not taken any kind of big epidemic, then it is due to the residents of the local who are preventing it; otherwise the authorities, by neglecting that area, have spent no efforts, exposing the city to a nuisance, which is of a great magnitude. This city has three entry or exit points-Airport, Railways and Bus Stand. Two of the entry or exist points are being maintained by the Central Government agencies. The only entry or exit point of the Bus Stand are maintained by the State authorities or Municipal authorities. The efficiency of the Municipal authority can be guessed by the condition of Khadgarha Bus Stand and other Bus Stand which is situated at Ratu Road. Even the Ratu Road Bus Stand, which is said to be a newly located Bus Stand, is not in a happy state.

3.

What the State Government proposes to do in these situation, which is a great pathology on the face of the city , will also be reported to the Court on the next date of hearing.
