ORDER
Mr. Apoorva Kulkarni, Ld. Counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner and Ms. Vaishnavi, Ld. Counsel appearing for the Respondent/ Personal Guarantor are present. The above Company Petition is filed by Cosmos Co-operative Bank Ltd. under Section 95(1) of IBC, 2016 against Mr. Cherry Dilip Chhabria, Personal Guarantor for initiation of Insolvency Resolution Process.
