ORDER
Contt. Petition-30/2023: There is no appearance on behalf of the Respondents, despite service of notice. Issue fresh notice to the Respondent returnable on 17.08.2023. The Applicant undertakes to serve notice upon the Respondent through all modes viz. registered post, speed post, courier service, and E-mail. Affidavit of service be filed within one week. The reply may be filed by the Respondent within one week from the date of receipt of the notice. Rejoinder, if any, may be filed before the next date of hearing. It is made clear that in the event of non-appearance of Respondent on the next date of hearing we will be constrained to issue non-bailable warrants for his production.
Let a copy of this order be also sent to IBBI for appropriate steps to be taken to recover all the records of CD from Mr. Divyanshu Walia S/o Late Navjit Singh ex-RP. The GM IBBI is requested to remain present in person either virtually or physically on the next date of hearing.
