Heard learned counsel for the parties.

While inviting our attention towards the reply filed

by the State and respondents No.6 & 7, it is argued by the

learned counsel for the respondents that controversy with

regard to land bearing Khasra No.72 of Village Mawa

Tehsil Deedwana, District Nagaur, in question is pending

for adjudication before the Waqf Tribunal, Jaipur, in which

the petitioners can raise their grievances, and no

interference is called for in this petition.

In view of the fact that proceedings with regard to

land in question is pending for adjudication before the

Waqf Tribunal, Jaipur, the instant writ petition is hereby

disposed of with a direction to both the parties to

maintain status quo upon the land in question, the District

Collector, Nagaur, shall ensure strict compliance of the

order for maintaining status quo.

However, the Waqf Tribunal, Jaipur is directed to

decide the case pending before it (Case No.55/2016)

within a period of three months in accordance with law,

from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order,

after providing an opportunity of being heard to both

parties.

It is made clear that no rights shall be created in

favour of respondent on account of the order of status quo

passed in this writ petition.
