By way of this petition filed under Section 24 CPC, the petitioner sought transfer of Mat (Divorce) Case No. 13 of 2020, now pending on the file of the Family Court, Imphal East, to the Family Court, Manipur at Lamphelpat. Notice was ordered to the respondent on 18.11.2022 and the respondent entered appearance through learned counsel.
Heard Mr. B. Prem Sharma, learned counsel for the petitioner; and Mr. L. Seityandra, learned counsel for the respondent.
Mr. L. Seityandra, learned counsel, fairly states that his client has no objection to the divorce case being transferred, as sought by the petitioner.
In that view of the matter, as both parties are agreeable to the change of forum, this transfer petition is ordered without going into the merits of the matter and the allegations made in this petition.
Mat (Divorce) Case No. 13 of 2020 shall stand transferred from the Family Court, Imphal East to the Family Court, Manipur at Lamphelpat.
Tr.P.(C) No. 5 of 2022 is accordingly allowed.
