Heard Sri B.S.N.Naidu, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Medical and Health appearing for the 1st respondent and Sri G.Vijaya Kumar, learned Standing Counsel for the 2nd respondent-Dr.N.T.R.University of Health Sciences.
When the matter is taken up, it is brought to the notice of this Court that the issue in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the order of this Court in W.P.No.3387 of 2022 dated 10.02.2022 and a copy of the said order is placed on record along with the writ petition.
Following the said order and for the reasons recorded therein, the Writ Petition is disposed of, allowing the petitioner to submit the application along with original certificates, by paying all the requisite charge, before the 2nd respondent. On such application being submitted and requisite charges being paid, the 2nd respondent shall consider the petitioner’s case in accordance with law in the counselling process, which is coming to an end today. There shall be no order as to costs.
All pending miscellaneous petitions if any, shall stand closed.
