Judgment
Manoj Kumar Garg, J
Ms. Pooja, daughter of the petitioner present in person and submits that her father has falsely been implicated in this case and made a prayer to convert the non bailable warrant to bailable warrant.
Learned Public Prosecutor submits that a report has been received wherein signature of the accused matched with the forged signature made in the sale letter of the car. Thus, prima facie case is proved against the accused-petitioner.
Heard the petitioner as well as learned Public Prosecutor and perused the material available on record.
Looking to the fact that the accused is aged about 59 years, he is directed to surrender before the trial Court within a period of 15 days from today. If, petitioner surrenders before trial Court, the trial Court shall decide the bail application preferably on the same day and petitioner shall not be arrested for the next 15 days in connection with FIR. No.261/2020 Police Station Kudi Bhagtasani, Jodhpur City West for the offences under Sections 381, 420, 467, 468 and 471 of IPC.
The present petition is disposed of accordingly. Stay application also stands disposed of.
