ORDER
In pursuance to the notice issued by this Tribunal on 12.03.2024, a service report has been filed by the applicant/liquidator only yesterday i.e. on 18.06.2024 vide inward diary No. 4710. There are three respondents in this IA. The Respondent no. 1 has appeared through Advocate and already filed reply on 03.05.2024 vide inward diary No. 3606, the same is taken on record.
As per the service report affidavit the applicant/liquidator has stated to have served Respondent Nos. 1 to 3 through e-mail process and no steps were taken for serving through registered mode or dasti mode.
Learned counsel for the applicant/liquidator submits that there is no need to file any rejoinder to the reply filed by this respondent No. 1.
Applicant/liquidator is directed to take fresh steps for service of notice upon respondent nos. 2 and 3 through registered mode as well as through dasti mode and file proof of service with affidavit 7 days before the next date of hearing.

On asking the learned Counsel for the liquidator now apprised that these applications are to be taken care by successful purchaser of the Corporate Debtor which was sold as a going concern in a liquidation process. Let steps to be taken for substitution of the name of the Applicant in the both I.A.s within a period of 7 days.
It is seen that IA/380/2020 was earlier filed alleging PUFE transaction and was dismissed vide order dated 04.12.2023, without liberty.
Meanwhile, Registry is directed to send copy of the order dated 04.12.2023 passed in IA/380/2020 through which the said IA filed for PUFE transaction was dismissed for disobedience of order of this tribunal, to IBBI and also to the IPA where the Insolvency Professional in registered for their information and necessary action.
Re-list both matters on 02.09.2024.
