Judgment

Heard Mr. N. Ibotombi, learned senior counsel assisted by Mr. A. Rommel, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner; Mr. S. Nepolean, learned GA for respondent Nos. 1 & 2 and Mr. N. Kumarjit, learned senior counsel assisted by Mr. N. Zequeson, learned counsel appearing for respondent No. 3.
Counter affidavit on behalf of respondent No. 3 had been filed and the same is on record.
Learned GA has produced the relevant Government file as directed earlier by this Court, however, on examination of the note sheets and the documents, nothing is indicated as to when the NOC/release order of respondent No. 3 was effected. In this regard, learned GA seeks one week’s time to get necessary instruction and also to file detailed affidavit.
As prayed for by the learned GA, list this case again on 16-01-2023. Respondent Nos. 1 & 2 are directed to file their counter affidavits on or before the next date without fail. The learned GA is also directed to produce the up-to-date relevant Government file on the next date.
Earlier interim order shall continue till the next date.
