Devan Ramachandran, J

1.

The petitioner had, in the year 2013, approached this Court impugning Ext.P3 order of the 2nd respondent shifting the post of Company Secretary

from Ernakulam to Kavaratti and in transferring the petitioner to the said place.

2.

I notice that when this matter was considered by this Court on 19.08.2013, an interim order had been granted staying all action pursuant to Ext.P3

and that the said order remains in force even today.

3.

The learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri.Nidhi Rajendran, submitted that on the strength of the afore interim order, his client is continued at

Ernakulam and that no steps have been taken by the 2nd respondent pursuant to Ext.P3 to shift the post as of now.

4.

Sri.S.Manu, learned Standing Counsel for the Lakshadweep Administration, submitted that Ext.P2 is not an order but is only a proposal and that no

action is proposed to be taken on it as of now.

In the afore circumstances, I do not think that any further orders are required in this writ petition and I therefore, dispose it of, confirming the interim

order dated 19.08.2013.
