Today when taken up, Sri Amal Kasha, learned Counsel for the applicant has submitted that in the light of Annexure R-7 order passed during the pendency of the Original Application, the transfer of the applicant stands modified and she is posted in Vithura, Keralam. In the light of the same, the applicant seeks to withdraw the OA.

The OA is dismissed as withdrawn. Interim order is vacated. No costs.
