Judgment

Heard.
Applicant Chandra Shekhar Bhatt, who is in jail in connection with Crime No. 1527 of 2005, relating to offences punishable u/s 420, 467, 468, 471 I.P.C., Police Station- Kotwali Pithoragarh, District Pithoragarh, has sought his release on bail.
In the First Information Report, it is alleged that the applicant had fraudulently taken loan of Rs. 66500/- from the complainant Bank. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that now the applicant has repaid the entire loan with interest.
In the above circumstances, without expressing any opinion as to final merits of the case, this Court is of the view that applicant deserves bail. The bail application is allowed. Let the applicant Chandra Shekhar Bhatt, be released on bail, on executing personal bond and furnishing two sureties, each of the like amount, to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Pithoragarh. (Urgency Application No. 1407 of 2012, stands disposed of).
