We have heard the matter through video conference. Having heard the learned counsel for the parties, we allow the amendment application.

Amended memo of appeal has already been filed and served upon the parties including the newly added party.

Four weeks’ time is allowed to all the respondents to file a reply. Three weeks thereafter to the appellant to file rejoinder. The matter would be

listed for admission and for final disposal through video conference or through physical hearing as the case may be depending on the situation at that

moment of time.

Parties will take instructions from the Registrar 48 hrs. before the date fixed in order to find out as to whether the appeal would be heard through

video conference or through physical hearing.
