O R D E R

We have joined this Bench online through video conferencing.
By virtue of the present original application the applicant seeks a direction to the respondents to consider his claim for promotion to the post of Assistant Operation Manager. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has already furnished a comprehensive representation dated 28.03.2022 to the respondent No. 3 and he would be satisfied if the said representation is to be decided within a time bound manner in accordance with rules.
Learned counsel for the respondents is agreeable to the contentions of the learned counsel for the applicant.
In the facts and circumstances, the OA is disposed off at the admission stage with a direction to the respondent no. 3 /competent authority amongst the respondents to decide the representation dated 28.03.2022 within a period of 08 weeks from the date of the order by way of a reasoned and speaking order. The order so passed shall be communicated to the applicant forthwith.
We would like to observe that we have not examined or commented upon the merit of the claim of the applicant.
No order as to costs.
