Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the charge sheet against the petitioner has been filed. In view of this, he does not want to press the present petition. Further, he seeks liberty to take all the pleas available to the petitioner before the trial court during trial.
Disposed of accordingly.
Bail App No. 65/2019
The petitioner was granted bail in anticipation of arrest vide order dated 03.05.2019.
Neither response has been filed nor any complaint has been made before this Court with regard to the non-compliance of the conditions imposed by this Court while granting bail.
In view of this, the interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 03.05.2019 is made absolute on same terms and conditions.
In the event of violation of any of the conditions imposed by this Court, the respondents can lay a motion before this Court for cancellation of bail of the applicant/petitioner.
The present bail application is, accordingly, disposed of.
