Judgment
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the BSNL.
Petitioner claims payment of Rs. 3,33,893/- against work order dated 17.03.2005, Annexure-1 issued by the Divisional Engineer Telegraphs, Giridih and Rs. 3,61,000/- against earth work vide work order dated 11.04.2007, which according to him stands executed and certified as per the page 19 and 25 onwards to the writ petition being part of Annexure-6 series.
According to the petitioner, admissible dues have remained unpaid. Prima facie this Court does not find any grounds to interfere in the matter as the claim arises out of execution of work under the work order/agreement between the parties, which relates back to the year 2005 and 2007 respectively.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner''s representation at Annexure-3 and 7 dated 06.05.2010 and 05.09.2013 respectively are still pending.
Counsel for the respondent also opposes the prayer. Having considered the relevant facts pleaded in the light of the prayer made, it is up to the petitioner to pursue his representation before the competent authority under the respondent -BSNL, who may consider the same in accordance with law within a reasonable time.
The writ petition is accordingly disposed of without interfering in the matter.
