Judgment
Ahanthem Bimol Singh, J
Heard Mr. N. Kumarjit, learned senior counsel assisted by Mr. N. Zequeson, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr. Kh. Samarjit, learned DSGI assisted by Mr. Paikhomba, learned counsel appearing for the respondents.
The learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that in view of the change circumstances, the present writ petition can be disposed of by giving liberty to the petitioner to approach the authorities by filing a detail and fresh representation for redressing her grievances and by directing the authorities to consider the said representation and to dispose of the same within a specified period.
It has also been submitted by the learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner that pending consideration and disposal of the said representation, the authorities may be directed not to take any coercive action against the petitioner.
Mr. Kh. Samarjit, learned DSGI appearing for the respondents submitted that he needs to obtain instruction from the authorities in connection with the prayer made by the petitioner.
In view of the submissions made above, let this case be listed again on 16-06-2023 for further consideration.
