In the wake of the above submissions, the instant consumer complaint no. 917 of 2015 appears to be rendered infructuous and is dismissed as such. However, liberty is provided to the complainant to revive his complaint, if he so wishes, by filing appropriate application within 30 days.

The Registry is requested to send a copy each of this Order to the parties in the complaint and to their learned counsel within three days. The stenographer is requested to upload this Order on the website of this Commission immediately.
