ORDER
Ld. Counsel on behalf of Financial Creditor is present and submitted that matter has been settled with the Corporate Debtor, however, certain formalities are yet to be carried out and therefore, sought adjournment. Ld. Counsel on behalf of Corporate Debtor is also present. The aspect of settlement has been recorded in our previous order dated 29.11.2024 and the last opportunity was given to the parties to file their application for withdrawal. In the interest of justice, once again last opportunity is being given to the parties to submit their application for withdrawal, if they so desire. List the matter on 24.01.2025.
