It is stated that IA No. 21/2021 linked with this IA No. 1035/2022. It is stated by learned counsel for the applicant that he had served the warrants and have been delivered to the concerned Police Station. Records indicate that this Bench has received report dated 18.10.2022 from the Police Authorities stating that the address given by the applicant has been vacated by the last owners in this context. The applicant is directed to obtain the fresh address and supply the same to the concerned Police Authorities for effective service of the warrants. Let fresh warrants be issued on the fresh address by the applicant for 06.01.2023.
