IA/884/ND/2022 has been filed on behalf of RP and stated that the COC has been constituted in the present matter, but the decided by the constituent Committee of CoC by 100 percent voting for withdrawal of the present CIRP proceedings against the Corporate Debtor. In view of the COC proceeding, present application stands allowed and the CIRP proceedings stands withdrawn against the Corporate Debtor and the Corporate Debtor stand discharged from all rejoins of the CIRP Process.
Ld. Counsel for the RP stated that the all the costs of the RPA paid and nothing is due against the COC. He also stands discharged.
In view of the same, the present application stands allowed. IA/6028/ND/2021 stands infructuous.
IB/3191/ND/2019 also stand disposed of.
