ORDER
On IA-2084/2020 filed under Section 12A within two days after admission of the Company Petition, the application is hereby allowed dismissing the company petition as withdrawn.
On submission made by the IRP, counsels for the operational creditor and corporate debtor, over the present application filed by the IRP Mr. Brahm Dutt Verma with a prayer for his remuneration/expenses incurred in CIRP, since the corporate debtor's counsel stated that they would pay remuneration of Rs. 70,000/- to the IRP by 11.06.2020, the same being agreeable to the IRP, the Corporate Debtor is accordingly directed.
IA-2118(PB)/2020 is hereby disposed of.
