Judgment

Heard the parties.
The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with C.P. Case No.74 of 2020, for the offence under Sections 498A/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the Court of Sri Abhinav Tripathi, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Dhanbad.
The present anticipatory bail application arises out of the complaint case. Considering this fact, the petitioner shall surrender before the court below within two weeks from the date of receipt of this order and the learned court below shall dispose of his bail application on the same day, strictly complying with the light of the direction issued in Birendra Jha @ Virendra Jha Vs. State of Jharkhand, reported in (2001) 2 JLJR 76 and also in the light of the direction issued by the Hon'ble Apex Court in Satender Kumar Antil Vs. Central Bureau of Investigation & Anr., reported in 2022 Live Law (SC) 577.
Accordingly, this anticipatory bail application stands disposed of.
