Judgment

Heard the parties.
Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with C.P. Case No. 2080/2020 for the offences registered under sections 406/420 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of Sri Nirbhay Prakash, learned J.M.F.C, Dhanbad.
This anticipatory bail application arises out of a complaint case. Both parties have set up claim and counter claim with regard to the money due to each other on account of their business transaction.
In view of the aforesaid fact, petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned court below within two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order and the learned court below shall dispose of his bail application on the same day by strictly complying with the guidelines issued by the Hon’ble Supreme Court in the case of Satender Kumar Antil versus Central Bureau of Investigation and Another reported in [(2022) 10 SCC 51] and direction given by this court in the case of Birendra Jha @ Virendra Jha Versus State of Jharkhand reported in [2001 (2) JLJR 76].
With this direction, this anticipatory bail application stands disposed of.
