Judgment

None appears for the petitioner, however Mr. Ashwini Bhushan learned counsel for the respondent-State is present.
From record it appears that the petitioner has prayed for a direction upon the concerned respondent to make necessary correction in the mark-sheet in view of the recommendation of the Principal, Primary Teachers' Training College, Gumma, Godda.
A counter affidavit has been filed in this case wherein at paragraph No.6 it has been stated as under:-
"6. That letter dated 16.08.2011 the reply has given that after verification evaluation register it has been found that the petitioner, Binod Kumar Pandit who had taken one year training for the session 2007-2008, Roll No.0001, Roll Code-04501 has secured only 20 marks in the internal exam of teachers training and therefore he has been declared fail/unsuccessful.
Learned counsel for the respondent-State submits that the petitioner must have left interest in this case in view of the fact that he was not qualified and did not secure required marks.
In view of the aforesaid fact and due to absence of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the instant writ application, is hereby, dismissed.
