Heard Mr. Radha Krishan Gupta, counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner.

Nobody appears on behalf of the opposite party.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody in connection with Chhattarpur P.S. Case No. 47 of 2019, for the offence registered under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Palamau.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and so far as the allegation in the F.I.R is concerned, it has been alleged that the petitioner is involved in making duplicate driving license etc. In connection with the petitioner, he refers to the seizure list and submits that three driving license have been recovered out of which one of the driving licence is of the petitioner itself. He submits that one Aadhar Card has also been recovered. Counsel submits that the petitioner is running a Photocopy Shop and it is quite natural that people come to the petitioner for the purposes of photocopy of the driving license or Aadhar Card. He accordingly submits that the petitioner may be enlarged on bail. He submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case.

Considering the aforesaid submission and considering the fact that the petitioner is in custody since 05.04.2019, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Palamau, in connection with Chhattarpur P.S. Case No. 47 of 2019, on the following conditions:

(i) Both the bailers should be the close relatives of the petitioner.

(ii) The petitioner shall appear before the learned court below on each and every date and on account of even single default, his bail bond will be cancelled by the learned court below.

The instant bail application is allowed with the aforesaid conditions.
