Justice L. Narasimha Reddy, Chairman:
Learned counsel for the applicant submits that on account of certain developments that have taken place after the OA was filed, the necessity has arisen to file another OA and he sought permission of the Tribunal to withdraw this OA.

The OA is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn leaving it open to the applicant to pursue the remedies in accordance with law.
