Nobody appears on behalf of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the respondent Ranchi Industrial Area Development Authority is present.

This writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs:-

W.P.(S) No. 5892 of 2012

“That the petitioner prays for issuance of an appropriate writ(s) order(s)/ direction(s) for quashing the orders contained in letters dated 8.12.2009, 17.9.2010 and 26.10.2010 passed by respondent no.6, whereby and whereunder the allotment and lease of land of 6000 sq.ft. in Kokar Industrial Area has been cancelled and the petitioner has been directed to hand possession of the plot to the respondents.. AND

For issuance of further writ / order / direction directing the concerned respondents to immediately unlock the premises of the petitioner and direct the respondents to maintain status quo till the disposal of the writ application.

AND

For issuance of further writ / order / direction for stay of the impugned orders contained in letters dated 8.12.2009, 17.9.2010 and 26.10.2010 passed by respondent no.6.”

W.P.(S) No. 5635 of 2012

“That the petitioner prays for issuance of an appropriate writ(s) / order(s)/ direction(s) for quashing the order dated 2.6.2012 passed by Secretary, Department of Industries, whereby the Appeal No. 15/2012 has been rejected.

AND

For issuance of further writ / order / direction for quashing the notice dated 15.3.2012 issued by the Director, Department of Industries, whereby show cause has been issued, as to why not the allotment in favour of the petitioner would not be cancelled.

AND

For issuance of further writ / order / direction for quashing the order dated 3.4.2012 issued by Managing Director, RIADA, whereby the allotment in favour of the petitioner has been cancelled

AND

For issuance of further writ / order / direction directing the concerned respondents to immediately unlock the premises of the petitioner and direct the respondents to maintain status quo till the disposal of the writ application.”

Learned counsel for the respondents submits that action against the petitioner in both the cases has been taken in accordance with law.

Since nobody is appearing on behalf of the petitioner, these writ petitions are dismissed for non-prosecution.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
