Judgment

CMP(M) No. 2103 of 2019 in RFA No.68 of 2021.
By medium of this application, the applicants/appellants have sought condonation of 1 year, 8 months and 19 days' delay that has crept up in filing of the appeal. For the reasons stated in the application, which is otherwise duly supported by an affidavit of one of the applicants/appellants, the aforesaid delay is condoned. Application stands disposed of.
Appeal be registered.
RFA No. 68 of 2021 with RFA Nos. 144, 378 of 2018 and RFA Nos.27 and 225 of 2019.
The parties are ad idem that the controversy involved in these appeals is squarely covered by the judgment rendered by this Court in RFA No. 171 of 2016 titled LAC, HPPCL & Anr. Vs. Kamal Dev and others, along with connected matters, decided on 09.12.2019.
As such, the present appeals stand disposed of in terms of the aforesaid judgment. The directions issued in the aforesaid judgment shall apply mutatis mutandis to the instant appeals. Pending application(s), if any, also stand disposed of.
