Hon’ble Mr. R. N. Singh, Member (J):
After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the present OA with liberty to the applicant to file a better OA in accordance with the relevant rules, if so advised.

Permission is granted. The OA stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid. No costs.
