The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 2274 of 2015, for the offence under sections 323, 452, 34, 498A I.P.C.

Pursuant to order dated 28.02.2017 (in A.B.A. No. 905 of 2017) petitioner Kapoor Prasad who is the husnand of O.P. No. 2 and O.P. No. 2- Priti Kumari are physically present.

Today, in presence of both the parties, possibility of conciliation has been made. It appears that both the parties want re-union.

So, to test the bonafide of the petitioner-Kapoor Prasad (A.B.A. No. 905 of 2017) is directed to pay ad interim maintenance to the opposite party no. 2 from the month of March, 2017 at the rate of Rs. 2,500/- per month. The arrear amount of Rs. 7,500/- for the month of March, 2017 to May, 2017 at the rate of Rs. 2,500/- per month shall be deposited by the petitioner before the Court below latest by 08.05.2017. Thereafter, opposite party no. 2 shall appear before the Court below and file application through learned counsel thereafter the aforesaid amount would be released in favour of the opposite party no. 2. Thereafter, the petitioner shall deposit Rs. 5,000/- for the month of June, 2017 and July, 2017 in the court below latest by 11.07.2017. Thereafter, opposite party no. 2 shall appear before the Court below and file application through learned counsel thereafter the aforesaid amount would be released in favour of the opposite party no. 2.

Put up this matter on 18.07.2017. On that date after hearing the parties and after assessing the situation, appropriate order shall be passed.

Till then interim order granted earlier shall continue. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the concerned trial court through FAX.
