Judgment
P.B. Bajanthri, J. - Perused the affidavit of the Principal Secretary to Government of Haryana, Power Department. It is evident that the process of selection and appointment to the posts of Director Technical is under active consideration from 30.05.2016. There is a correspondence between the Government and Uttar Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam Ltd. and Dakshin Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam Ltd. and relevant data are available on record in the month of October 2016. Further the matter is not processed on the ground that CWP No. 6284 of 2016 filed by J.B. Mudgal, Chief Engineer, Dakshin Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam Ltd. is pending consideration. This Court has not passed any order to not to fill up the posts of Director so as to contend that CWP No. 6284 of 2016 is pending consideration. That apart, the State and other respondents have not sought permission of this Court to fill up the post of Director Technical so as to proceed with matter. Hence, the official respondents are directed to complete the process of selection and appointment to the post of Director Technical before 28.02.2017 and place the same on 01.03.2017.
