Judgment

Heard Dr. N. Mozika, learned Sr. counsel assisted by Mr. M.L. Nongpiur, learned counsel for the applicants, who has submitted that in compliance with this Court’s order dated 01.08.2025, the applicants have caused notice to be issued upon Smti. Krishna Borooah to the extent that she is required to be impleaded as party respondent in the proceedings. The noticee has accordingly acknowledged receipt of the said notice. It is prayed that the cause title as far as this application is concerned, may be amended accordingly.
Mr. I. Borooah, learned counsel for the respondent No. 1 is present in Court today, and has submitted that the noticee has received the said notice, and is intending to contest the prayer made by the applicants herein.
Accordingly, in view of the fact that the said noticee has acknowledged the said notice, she is therefore arrayed as party respondent No. 5 in WP(C) No. 176 of 2025.
Applicants to take steps for amendment of the cause title.
In view of the above, this Misc. Case is disposed of.
