Judgment
Rajesh Shankar, J
The present case is taken up through video conferencing.
Mr. Amar Kumar Sinha, learned counsel for the opposite party nos. 1 to 5, submits that the said opposite parties have received notices dated 31.03.2022 issued by the District Land Acquisition Officer, Bokaro calling upon them to approach the said authority along with relevant documents relating to the land in question so as to receive appropriate compensation. It is further submitted that the opposite party nos. 1 to 5 have no intention to delay the matter and they are ready to receive the lawful compensation for acquisition of their respective land. It is also submitted that the said opposite parties will appear before the District Land Acquisition Officer, Bokaro on 11.04.2022 itself along with relevant documents in support of their claim over the land in question.
Learned counsel for the opposite party nos. 1 to 5, however, prays for two weeks’ time to file counter affidavit on the said aspect.
