Heard learned counsel for the parties through video conferencing.

Petitioner has filed I.A. No. 11072 of 2021 bringing on record the office order dated 23.05.2017 issued by G.M. Incharge (HR & CC) to show that

Mr. Sanjay Gulati, deponent of the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition, was exercising the powers of Executive Director and was competent

to file writ petition on behalf of Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited.

Having regard to submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the objection raised by the Registry is overruled. I.A. No. 11072 of 2021 is,

accordingly, disposed of.

This writ petition has been filed by Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited. According to the petitioner, an application under Section 33/39 of Land

Revenue Act was filed on its behalf on 19.07.2012, which was rejected by learned Assistant Collector, First Class, Haridwar vide order dated

26.09.2013. Petitioner has filed an application on 01.12.2015 seeking recall of the said order, which is said to be pending. Petitioner wants early

disposal of the said application.

Having regard to the facts of the case, writ petition is disposed of with a direction to Assistant Collector, First Class, Haridwar to consider

petitioner’s recall application and pass appropriate final order thereupon, as early as possible, but, not later than six months from the date of

production of certified copy of this order.
