According to the petitioner, he filed an application under Section 54 of U.P. Land Revenue Act before the Competent Authority, which is still pending.
It is the case of the petitioner that respondent nos. 1 to 3 have filed their objection to petitioner's application. By means of this writ petition, petitioner has sought a direction to the Assistant Collector 1st Class, Bajpur Camp Gadarpur, District Udham Singh Nagar to decide the aforesaid application expeditiously.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to move an application for expeditious hearing of the aforesaid application before the court concerned. If such an application is made by the petitioner, the court concerned shall consider the same and pass appropriate order, in accordance with law, as early as possible, but not later than eight weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
