None appears for the parties. It is seen that this Application has been filed under Rule 11 of the NCLT Rules, 2016 seeking to set aside the ex-parte Order passed by this Tribunal dated 23.08.2019. However, in the absence of the Applicant, this Application seeking to set aside the Order passed by this Tribunal as well as to restore the Petition cannot be proceeded with and hence we are constrained to dismiss this Application as well for non-prosecution.
