Judgment
Sanjay Karol, J.—Appellant has pointed out certain hardships resulting out of impugned order of transfer dated 10.5.2011 (Annexure P-3). Private Respondent, who has been eventually retained at Govt. Primary School, Nawangron, has also pointed out certain difficulties justifying his retention there.
Having heard learned Counsel for the parties, Appellant agrees to make a representation to Respondent No. 2, pointing out the vacancies which may be available in Nalagarh Tehsil as also the places where the Appellant can be conveniently accommodated against the persons having longer stay. Appellant also points out that such person may have never served in a hard/difficult area also.
All this can be pointed out by the Appellant by making a detailed representation to Respondent No. 2 within a period of three days from today. The same shall be positively considered and decided within a period of two weeks thereafter.
With the aforesaid observations, as agreed, the appeal stands disposed of.
A copy of this order, duly authenticated by the Court Master be supplied to the Petitioner.
