V.K. Ahuja, J.—Petitioner, who is posted as Lecturer (Chemistry), is aggrieved by order (Annexure P-9) vide which his transfer order (Annexure P-8), whereby he was transferred from Government Senior Secondary School, Salooni, District Chamba to Government Senior Secondary School, Nalti, District Hamirpur, H.P., has been cancelled. The Petitioner has alleged that the cancellation order Annexure P-9 has been issued wrongly and that he should be transferred to Government Senior Secondary School, Nalti in District Hamirpur.

have heard the learned Counsel for the parties. 3. The Petitioner has mentioned in the petition that he, his wife and mother are suffering from various ailments and as such he is entitled to be transferred from his present place of posting. It is also alleged that he has served in the hard area for about 7 years. The Petitioner is at liberty to file a representation within two weeks from today to Respondent No. 1 pointing out all his grievances and the said Respondent shall sympathetically consider the same and pass appropriate order thereon within another three weeks.

With the above direction, the petition stands disposed of accordingly, so also the pending application(s), if any.
