After making his submissions for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner will be satisfied, in case, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of the order passed by the erstwhile learned Himachal Pradesh Administrative Tribunal in OA No. 1389 of 2018, with further observation that the benefits which stood granted to the original applicants in the said case by the State Government be also granted to the writ petitioner herein.

Learned Additional Advocate General has opposed the submissions, so made by learned counsel for the petitioner.

This Court is of the considered view that the request so made by learned counsel for the petitioner is innocuous, therefore, this writ petition is disposed of with the observation that it shall be construed to have been disposed of with same directions as were passed in OA No. 1389 of 2018 and in case, the present petitioner is found similarly situated, then benefits, which have been granted by the State Government to the original applicants in abovementioned original application, be also extended to him. It is made clear that this Court has not made any observation on the merit of the case of the writ petitioner and the appropriate authority may pass the orders in light of the facts involved in the instant petition. Needful be done within a period of eight weeks from today.

Petition is accordingly disposed of in the above terms, so also pending miscellaneous application(s), if any.
