Judgment
This petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for seeking direction to decide the application of the petitioner for first
regular parole which is pending before the respondents.
Heard learned counsel for both the sides and perused the material made available on record.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the application for first regular parole is pending since 08.07.2020 before the respondents but the
same is not being disposed of. Therefore, the respondents be directed to decide the same expeditiously.
Learned counsel for the respondent submits that appropriate directions may be issued.

The prayer of the petitioner appears to be justified, therefore, the petition is disposed of with the direction to the respondents that the application of
the petitioner be decided within 15 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order in accordance with law.
As a precautionary measure, the petitioner shall also submit an additional copy of application before the respondents.
