Judgment

This is an application seeking direction to the respondents including Superintendent District Jail, Gurugram, Haryana to make suitable arrangement for participation of the applicant in the examination for Class 10th scheduled to be commencing from 14.09.2023 till 4th October, 2023. The application is supported by an affidavit of the petitioner.
Mr. Mohsin Qadiiri, learned Sr. AAG submits that since the matter is to be taken up with the security agencies of other State also, as such, it is not possible for the respondents to make arrangement for the participation of the petitioner in the examination scheduled to be held on 16th September, 2023.
Be that as it may, the applicant even if is unable to appear in the examination scheduled to be held on 16.09.2023, he can appear in other exams as mentioned above.
In view of this, the application is disposed of by directing the respondents to take steps and make arrangement for participation of the applicant in the examination scheduled to be held w.e.f 19.09.2023 to 4.10.2023..
CM disposed of.
Copy of this order be provided to learned counsel for the applicant as also to Mr. Mohsin Qadiri, learned Sr. AAG for compliance.
