This writ petition has been filed in public interest with a prayer that the respondent authorities be directed to remove the encroachment made by the private respondent No.4 within the project area of sewerage treatment plant- cum- sewerage pump house of Ward No.8, Hathipura Bass, Bhadra, Tehsil Bhadra, District Hanumangarh.
On 30.01.2023, Mr. Sunil Beniwal, learned AAG had sought a week’s time to enable the respondents to remove the encroached structure. On 16.02.2023, further time was granted to the respondents to furnish the compliance report before this Court.
Today, learned AAG Mr. Sunil Beniwal has filed a copy of the proceedings undertaken by the officers of the Municipal Board, Bhadra wherein, it has been mentioned that the encroachments made by one Salim Qazi on the Government land admeasuring 20x50 feet has already been removed and now the land in question is free from encroachment. The said report is taken on record.
In view of the fact that the encroachment has already been removed from the Government land, no further order is required to be passed in this writ petition. The same is therefore disposed of.
