Judgment
Heard Mr. Nilesh Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. S.K. Srivastava, learned A.P.P. for the State assisted by Mr. Randhir Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the informant.
So far as defect nos. 5(a) and 5(e) are concerned learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to remove the same once the situation normalizes. As regards the rest defects are concerned the same are ignored.
The petitioners are accused in connection with Markachho P.S. Case No. 13/2020.
The marriage of the daughter of the informant was solemnized with Ravi Kumar Rana in April, 2019. It has been alleged that there was a demand of Bullet motorcycle and on 02.03.2020 information was received that her daughter had died.
It appears that cognizance has been taken under Sections 306/304B/120B of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the informant has stated that at the time of death the husband of the deceased was not present and therefore the petitioners can be construed to be the main accused persons.
It appears that the petitioners are the parents-in-law of the deceased and the allegation in the First Information Report is general and omnibus so far as the petitioners are concerned. The petitioners are in custody since 16.03.2020.
Regard being had to the aforesaid facts, the petitioners, named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) each with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Koderma in connection with Markachho P.S. Case No. 13/2020.
