Hon’ble Mr. Manish Garg, Member (J)

Learned counsel for the respondents, at the outset, submits that the compliance affidavit has been filed along with the speaking order dated 12.03.2026 and the same is placed on record.

2.

Learned counsel for the applicant, however, submits that no compliance has been made.

3.

We have gone through the speaking order dated 12.03.2026, relevant paragraph of the same reads as under:-

“15.

In the present case, even after granting exemption from the Typing Test in compliance with the directions of the Hon’ble Central administrative Tribunal, the candidature of Ms. Barkha Yadav (Roll No. 121204434627) has been reassessed on the basis of her written examination performance. However, her score of 71.59 marks is far below the merit threshold determined for the OH sub-category , and therefore her rank does not fall within the zone of nomination against the vacancies advertised under Post Code 44/21.

16.

Accordingly, on the basis of merit in the written examination the applicant/candidate Ms. Barkha Yadav (Roll No. 121204434627) does not qualify for provisional nomination for the post of Junior Secretariat Assistant (Post Code 44/21).

Accordingly, we observe that no contempt petition is maintainable.

4.

In view of the categorical submissions made and the speaking order placed on record, the present C.P. stands closed. The notice issued therein is discharged.

5.

It is, however, made clear that the petitioner shall be at liberty to agitate any surviving grievance, if so advised, before the appropriate forum in accordance with law.

6.

Pending M.A.(s), if any, shall also stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
