The present petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. is being filed by the petitioner being aggrieved by the order dated 2.4.2024 passed in Case No.50/2023 Criminal Revision passed by the First Additional Sessions Judge, Karera, District Shivpuri by which the order dated 24.2.2023 passed by the Judicial Magistrate First Class Karera, District Shivpuri in MJCR/82/2015 has been affirmed.
The scope of interference under section 482 of Cr.P.C. is very limited. This Court, after hearing counsel for the petitioner and perusing record appended to the petition, finds that neither any irregularity nor any illegality is found in the procedure adopted by the learned Courts below while passing the order dated 24.2.2023 and the order dated 2.4.2024. As the finding recorded by the Courts below are correct, proper and legal, no perversity is apparent in the orders passed by the Courts below.
In view of the above, the present petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C is hereby dismissed. .
