The matter was taken up today through Video Conferencing at 11:10 AM.

Heard Sh. Vipin Kushwaha, Advocate for Applicant/ CoC through Video Conferencing.

The present application (IA No.130/2020) has been filed by the CoC/ Applicant U/s 27(3) of the IBC in CP NO.(IB)80/ALD/2019 for replacement of existing RP and to appoint Sh. Shravan Kumar Vishnoi (IBBI Registration No.IBBI/IPA-002/IP- N00040/2016-17/10079) in accordance with the provisions of IBC, 2016 in place of Mr. Aditya Agarwal.

It is contended that the CoC in its meeting held on 03.03.2020, has resolved with 100% voting share to appoint Mr. Shravan Kumar Vishnoi as RP and to replace Mr. Aditya Agarwal.

In view of the above made submission, the present application is allowed. Accordingly application (IA No.130/2020) stands disposed off. No order as to cost.
